Website Log In
For those who have not set up their password on the website Please do not try and register with your email, emails have been preloaded for easier access.

Username: Enter your email from the Directory
Password reset:
1. Click *lost your password*
2. Enter your email address (from directory) then click “Get New Password”
3. The site will send you an email
4. Check your inbox for an email that says No Reply- Regency at Creekside. If not in your inbox please check your junk mail
5. Open the email and click the reset link
6. The link will take you to the login page where you can either use the suggested password given or create your own password
7. Once you set your new password, you may be prompted to log in with your new credentials.
Facilities Updates:
Vacancy
The Facilities Committee is looking to fill a vacancy in its membership. The committee meets at 6:30 pm in the Tavern Room of the clubhouse on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. If you might be interested in joining the committee and would like more information, please contact Ed Wagner or Ed McManus
Broken Benches
Members of the Facilities Committee plan to complete repairs of the remaining two benches by Friday, July 10, weather permitting. As a reminder, we plan to move the bench from the circle on Trotters Point to a location near the pond at the entrance to the community.
YouTube TV Pilot
The pilot program using YouTube TV will continue through July 15, 2026. The committee has added the number 4 TV in the fitness center to this pilot. The committee will discuss the feedback received from residents at our next meeting for purposes of whether to recommend transitioning all of the TVs at the clubhouse from Verizon to YouTube TV.
Facilities Committee Meetings
The next Facilities Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Residents are welcome to attend. The Facilities Committee will not meet in August
Summer Pool Season
The schedule for the summer season is as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday through Sunday
• Indoor Pool — open from 10:00 am through noon
• Lunch Break for Lifeguard* — noon through 12:30 pm
• Outdoor Pool — open 12:30 pm through 6:00 pm
Tuesday and Thursday
• Outdoor Pool — open noon through 5:30 pm
• Dinner Break for Lifeguard* — 5:30 pm through 6:00 pm
• Indoor Pool — open 6:00 pm through 8:00 pm
* Prince William County (PWC) pool operating codes require provision of a 30-minute break and other 15-minute breaks for lifeguards. PWC also requires that lifeguards check and record pool chemical levels once per hour. Swimmers will be asked to exit the pool when the lifeguard has to take chemical readings or otherwise leave the pool area.
