About Us
Regency at Creekside is located in the historic Gainesville area in northwest Prince William County, Virginia. The community is approximately 30 miles west of Washington, D.C., conveniently located close to Interstate 66 and Route 29.
The Creekside community is made up of 208 single-family homes. Community amenities include year-round indoor and outdoor swimming pools with locker rooms, tennis court, pickleball court, fitness center, fishing pier, trails for hiking and biking, a Community Center with meeting rooms, a galley kitchen, pool table, outdoor patio and several fireplaces.
The Creekside HOA provides a myriad of services for their residents to include, onsite property management services, snow and trash removal, and common area landscape maintenance. The HOA is comprised of five Board of Directors supported by a Budget and Finance, Facilities, Activities, Elections and Design Review, Landscape and Grounds Committee. All members of the Board of Directors and Committee are volunteer residents of the HOA.
